2014 Student Recruiting in a Glance


Another year has flown by, and recent graduates are planning their next steps towards joining the workforce. This is the time of the year students are beginning to think about what the next year will bring and how can they start their life as adults entering the world of employment.

This infographic by LinkedIn shows us what graduates might be considering in terms of their career goals, aspirations and job demands. It provides useful insight into the graduates’ minds as well as on key recruiting facts from the year 2014 to help newcomers find a job. More specifically, it allows us to see which were the most in-demand companies and places to work for in 2014.

  • More students and graduates are using LinkedIn as their primary search tool to find a job.
