Scheduling meetings is one of the most frustrating tasks for individuals and businesses. Finding a time that is convenient for everyone is likely to involve long email threads and inevitable double bookings. However, scheduling meetings does not have to be stressful. There are numerous online meeting scheduling apps that can make the work easier for you.

1. Schedule Planner

With more than 7 million downloads, Schedule Planner is one of the most popular scheduling tools. It is optimized for a wide range of platforms including Amazon, Samsung, iPhone, iPad, and Google Play. Some of its notable features include a powerful task creation editor, a user-friendly planning interface, arranging options for lists, and the ability to color-code tasks and to swipe-to-switch between days. The Pro version comes with iCal integration, a repeating task feature, alerts and notifications, Google calendar sync, and automated backup to Dropbox or Google Drive.

NeedToMeet is a very nifty tool that allows you to organize meetings without any hassle. This tool makes it easy for you to work around time zones, conflicts and anything else that can cause confusion. It comes with great features such as optional registration, a visual calendar interface, and intuitive click-through forms. You can export meetings to CSV or Excel, or simply add them to your calendar. Once you have created a meeting, you can generate a NeedToMeet invite or send your target audience a custom meeting link by email. In addition, you can add a comment mentioning your available times.

TimeBridge is a free app that can be integrated with iCloud, Google Calendar and Outlook. You can then invite your team members to do the same so as to find a mutually convenient time. TimeBridge allows you to add your phone number to your account so that you can receive a text notification before the meeting. In addition, participants receive an email with details such as directions, maps and a weather forecast.

ScheduleOnce is one of the best tools for scheduling appointments with individuals. It comes with a personal booking page which you can send to your employee, customer or supplier showing your availability. The invitee can then give their opinion about a convenient meeting time. ScheduleOnce can also come in very handy for organizing group meetings. You can highlight the times that are more convenient for you, create a link and then send it to your recipients. Each individual can then enter their email address and choose their preferred timeslot. This app syncs well with Outlook and Google Calendar.
