Social media has taken over the world for quite some time now, and companies are making use of it to market themselves and their products. And the statistics are shocking: eight out of 10 people admit that their purchasing decisions are influenced by what their friends post on the internet while 74% of consumers rely solely on social media when it comes to deciding what to spend their money on. Companies are expected to double their social media marketing budgets within the next few years while a whopping 97% of people only search for local businesses online. So, taking these numbers into consideration, it’s obvious that companies require social media experts who will establish their online presence as well as increase the company’s following and, by default, its sales.

If all this sounds like a career path you wouldn’t want to miss, then here are the top five jobs for social media addicts.
