Should Miley not have found stardom in the film and music industry, Miley (born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23, 1992) claims to have a passion for a career as a wedding planner. The apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree as the pop icon ventured behind the lens of a camera signing contracts in Hollywood in 2007 with a leading role in television series Hannah Montana.
Selena (born July 22, 1992) explained during an interview with Flaunt magazine that her passions actually would have been working at Cracker Barrel (American southern fried restaurant) as since she was a child she always loved the food there. People do say we always revert back to childhood.
Brad Pitt (born December 18, 1963) owned the spotlight from an early age gaining a spotlight in 1991 acting as a hitchhiker in Thelma & Louise. Brad always looked to be creative and used his wealth to Design e2; a television series focused environmentally friendly architecture. Following this Brad also founded the Make it Right Foundation geared to support reconstructions after Hurricane Katrina.
The actress, film director and screenwriter has been known to have a dark side which once saw Angelina announce she dreamed of opening her own funeral home. The superstar (born Angelina Jolie Voight; June 4, 1975) comments “It sounds like this very strange, eccentric, dark thing to do but in fact I lost my grandfather and was very upset with his funeral”. At the age of 14 Angelina completed a mail-order degree to begin progressing with her venture.
Despite the image Ashton (born February 7, 1978) portrays after films such as “Dude Where’s My Car” and various funny MTV shows which saw Ashton in wildly lighthearted roles. The now actor, investor, producer, and former model before gaining fame; actually achieved a degree in biomedical engineering with a view to working in cancer research following his brother’s heart disease.
These celebs are famous (and rich) because they do their jobs very well! Who knows, if they put as much effort into their alternative career ideas maybe they would have made a huge success that way too... Although I doubt Selena would ever be hugely successful working in a fried food joint! Many people have back up plans in life for their careers, but it is always advisable to go for plan A and strive towards your dream job! Once you land you dream job, it becomes less of a ’job’ and more of an enjoyable life experience.
