Earned Days Off (EDO) – employees can work an extra 30 minutes each day and receive an additional 15 days leave per year.
Paid vacation time – city workers enjoy a minimum of 15 days paid leave each year, however, the longer you work for the city, the more paid leave you will receive. The maximum number of days leave is 30.
Health and welfare benefits – this extends to medical services plan, extended health coverage, dental coverage, life insurance, sick leave and gratuity plans.
