How Did I Get Here?

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack. And you may find yourself in another part of the world. And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile. And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife. And you may ask yourself: Well, how did I get here?

-- The Talking Heads

Often times we wonder just how the hell we got where we are, and especially when we spend so many years not really making our own decisions. Some of us seem to be well-versed in having others making them for us. And where exactly does that lead? If not into temptation then, certainly, it could deliver us to evil. Or at least to heavy psychological attachments and repressions…

Without the mental breakdowns we witness in the news each day, the evil of the planet is dubious, at best. But it needs to be fed. Thus it relies on the ultimate sacrifice -- the sacrifice of who we are, as people. We live in the ongoing Age of an adherence to a financial system that is poked and prodded by outside manipulations. Every day, we are grinding it out for the betterment -- not of Mankind -- but for more money.

Quite literally, we are being steered and driven, as the hot coals of materialistic ends, such as rent, finance and acquisition, are bloated underneath our feet. Add to that the human necessities to eat, fornicate, shit, and bathe, drinking and smoking ourselves into weekend stupors that never seem to last long enough to allay our inner or outer demons, and we have a great mass of trouble on our hands. Trouble that is constantly buried or ignored.

Because Monday returns, and all the officialdom of the world once again takes hold. The financial markets reopen, and with it the rest of the Land of Work … we have to get back to the jobs. And there is never any escape.

So it makes sense that so many people have had their choices made for them. This is exponentially derived from the source of being a human being; humans make mistakes. In a world that doesn’t wait for you to grow, in any way, shape or form, we are shepherded into society like a dog on a chain. And for those that blindly run through their days as if they were meant to be wasted -- and who’s to say that they weren’t? -- it’s only a matter of time before they wake up and see themselves for what they have become…

Or maybe that day never arrives. For many people, this is the case. They go along with whatever is expected of them, no matter how much their own dreams and desires are dissolved to the forces of competitive capitalism (or their controlling parents).

We are thrown into the fire! And if we disregard our choices, we could probably end up dead. Not the death of the body, but the death of the soul -- the truest and most meaningful of deaths that we know as inter-dimensional beings on a planet that is hijacked by bloodsucking scum-bags that want nothing more than to own, rule, kill, destroy, silence, manipulate, steer, control, profit and rise to power.

This sickness, if I can call it that, is the ideal of another person’s mind. A collective mind. Spreading like a cancerous tumor, tucked away underneath a heap of lies and distortions, we believe that we are supposed to be working and sacrificing for the benefit or demands of another person, another source.

O, the shit that we accept as Gold.

More and more people are waking up to these facts. There are those of us who have maintained the primitive spirit of living to function as free creatures, existing to have familiar and friendly ties with those around us. We don’t need to incorporate ourselves into this system of greed and fear and endless taxation … only we do it because we don’t know what else to do!

I’ve seen many people on their days away from their jobs, and they barely know how to operate, they hardly know how to fill their “off” days with their own decisions. Everything is already decided, in advance.

Do we not see what this means for our future?

We are hurdling towards a giant awakening, on a massive scale, coming face-to-face with the incarnate evil that haunts us. For many, this occurrence is already happening. We are understanding the confines of oppressive division and control against the harmony of working and living for ourselves and our families. This is what needs to change, in my opinion -- which isn’t much. But, still, when do we wake up to reality?

Do we wait until it’s too late? Do we wait for more disasters? More wars … more propaganda … more lies … more division … more silence.

Yes, the greedy symbolism for which this country is coming to represent, worldwide, is a growing chancre on the Freedom Experiment. With or without our help, it has been growing for quite awhile.

But the opening of our eyes, on a grand scale, is relatively new. For so long, Americans have been blinded by status, privilege, wealth, technology, commercialism and military might. However, those days are rampantly deteriorating, right in front of our retinas. Continually we are being hacked and gutted by the mindsets of a lust for power. Control is the operative word of the synergies we refuse to see -- control, not only of the land, air and sea, but also of the mind.

Let us not be forced into submission. Let us see ourselves as creatures of substance, instead of just as numbers, bank accounts, retirement funds and bar tabs.

What do we lose, if we continue on in the same manner?

Hopefully, I’ve already made that clear….
