Your phone is probably one of the things you never let out of sight. Every once in a while you catch yourself holding your mobile phone, checking for any missed calls and catching up with the latest Facebook news feed updates. As much as you enjoy doing it, you feel guilty since you know it’s wrong to be so addicted to technology. But what can you do?
Whether you have figured out or not yet, this shows that your smartphone is a big part of your everyday life. Don’t worry though, you are not alone. According to a recent study, the average user now picks up their mobile phones more than 1,500 a week and spends a total of 3 hours and 16 minutes per day looking at their phone. Now that’s what I call a tech-addict!
