One of the best ways of getting information and feedback is using online surveys. Such surveys are easy to design, administer and analyze. In addition, minimal resources are required for online surveys, making it a cost-effective solution for organizations. Even if you don’t have experience in survey, you can easily design and carry out an online survey by yourself.

Here are some of the ways your organization can benefit from online surveys:

1. Employee feedback

Online surveys can be used to collect feedback from employees. You could ask them to share their feelings and suggestions about their roles, work environment or benefits.
