With the help of apps, you can now search, and apply for jobs, create and submit your CV and prepare for job interviews…with just a few clicks!

The job hunting process has become easier, simpler and more enjoyable. So, if you are currently looking for a job, you might want to take a look at the following list of apps and try them out. You never know which one of these could help you land your next job.

1. Jobr

Jobr was created by a San Francisco-based startup and is described as the ‘Tinder for jobs’. The way it works is simple. You sign into your LinkedIn account, create a Jobr profile, import the information you need on there – or your CV, and then you are ready to start looking for jobs.

What’s different about it from other apps is that it removes your photo and contact details so that you remain anonymous and it uses the ‘swipe’ technology to browse suggested job listings. You either swipe right on jobs you want to apply for or left for those you don’t. Employers can do the same when they decide if they want to connect with a candidate or not.
