Courses were taught by professors of the UNI
Some 1,100 people, most of Ventanilla district residents, received today, from the Minister of Labour and Employment Promotion, Villena Joseph Petrosino, a certificate attesting to their training in one of 13 technical courses offered free by the program 'We Peru', including kitchen assistant, logistics management specialist, electrical, mining and industrial plant safety.
The courses were taught by professors from the National University of Engineering (UNI), in collaboration with the Municipality of Ventanilla. The amount invested in training was one million 430 thousand nuevos soles.
The statement was made at the corporate training center José Antonio Encinas, Ventanilla, to avoid the transfer of beneficiaries to the headquarters of the UNI, which costs are avoided.
And is that 32% of students live in the central district, 22% in the pilot Pachacutec and 15% in the population center Mi Peru. After the closure, the graduates were able to interact with 36 private companies, among which are Ajinomoto, Molitalia, Plaza Vea. Luz del Sur, Boxer Prosegur and Security, which offered employment with the profiles of students trained. Thus have the ability to enter the labor market.
Likewise, the audience directly consulted in these companies in order to get a formal job, with all the social benefits. We also had access to the One-Stop Employment Promotion (VUPE) MTPE, which provided job placement services and career counseling.
After the ceremony, the students of the course "kitchen assistant" made a display of local food, to demonstrate what they have learned in the classroom.
