Salesforce1 is the Cadilillac of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Nearly all successful companies use the program to support the sales process. The Salesforce1 app is free for any company that already pays for the desktop version.

Salesforce1 acts as a social media platform for sales teams. You can use the program to track customer correspondence, monitor sales goals, manage leads, and to view the progress of other members of your team. Salesforce1 is an invaluable tool and chances are your company already pays for it, so you need to take full advantage of all its features.

2. Square Register
