The United Kingdom has one of the largest economies in the world and despite recent economic challenges it still remains an economic powerhouse with more Billionaires per capita than any other country in the world. It has also been proved in court that he has used violence and intimidation to get what he wants. So basically he is monstrously rich, powerful and scary. As to whether or not that was primarily for tax reasons, well you can be the judge of that yourself.
