Canada hosts some of the best Universities in the world. Studying in one of these prestigious universities gives you an added advantage in the current competitive job market. To be the best, you have to go through the best learning institutions. The Times Higher Education World University Rankings gives a list of the top universities in Canada. The system ranks the universities using the criteria of research, knowledge transfer, teaching and international appeal.  Below is a list of the ten top Universities in Canada in 2014-2015 according to this ranking.

1. University of Toronto

 

Formerly King’s College, the University of Toronto was established in 1827 and features as one of the best teaching and research faculties in North America. It is situated one hour North of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The school is famous for arts and humanity courses.
