Pinterest is one of the hottest social media sites around. In Pinterest’s words, it lets you ‘organise and share all the beautiful things you find on the web’. While most Pinterest users follow the latest fashions, plan baby showers and decorate their homes, more and more companies are using it to find top employees and promote their business functions.

  • By June 2012 it had a whopping 1.9 billion worldwide
