That doesn’t mean that you should write a listing stuffed with industry terminology that will even make you too bored to read it again, you should focus on writing it in a friendly tone and make sure that you proofread it for any spelling, grammatical or syntactical errors. Talented candidates are going to look down on your company for even the slightest misspelling so make sure that everything is correct.
