You have to make sure that you don’t imply that Pinterest sponsors your contest. You also shouldn’t force users to repin your pins or your contest rules. This is essentially bribery because you’re ‘paying’ users to promote you. Spammy behaviour is strongly discouraged and Pinterest is hammering down hard on people who use contests to create spam.
Take note, you should make your contests special. Give them a theme and offer a fantastic prize at the end of it. You shouldn’t use contests on a regular basis or they will lose their shine and you won’t get the results you’re looking for out of it.
