The majority of successful people have a daily morning routine that enables them to start their day fresh, rejuvenated and ready to face the day and all the possible challenges that may ensue. There are several steps that you can incorporate into your morning to enhance your routine and optimize your day for increased success. These steps do not automatically ensure that you will be successful. However, by implementing them into your morning routine, you provide the perfect catalyst for your mind, body and soul to be in proper working order—that will breed success. Basically, he knew that by making a to-do list, assessing his specific day’s tasks and being resolute in accomplishing each task, he would be more mentally prepared to face the day.

In addition to exercising in the morning by doing yoga, plyometrics, Pilates, or aerobics, one final way that you can enhance your morning routine is to embrace your passionate side. Find something good that you can do each day during your morning routine of getting ready and on your way to work. For example, leave a loving note for your spouse or partner to find when he or she wakes up in the morning. When you leave your house or apartment in the morning, be friendly to any neighbors you see on your way out. While driving, be nice and don’t give in to road rage. If you get stuck in traffic, let someone merge into your lane without having an attitude about it. None of it is hard and it can make the world of difference to your success.
