How much of a morning person are you? According to The Body Clock Guide by Michael Smolensky and Lynne Lamberg, you could either be a lark (someone who wakes up early every day), a hummingbird (someone who can wake up in the morning or even later and still be productive), or an owl (someone who stays up way past midnight and is forced to face the biggest struggle of his life: to get himself out of the bed in the morning).
If you too find it difficult to wake up as early as 7am every morning and end up hitting the snooze button a dozen times before you get out of bed, then you are more of an owl that you probably thought. But since you know there is no way avoiding that dreaded early wake-up call, you need to force yourself to get up, even if that means skipping breakfast and arriving late for work.
