Do you find it difficult to update all your social media accounts every single day due to limited amount of time? Obviously, checking what is going on with your social media profiles and marketing yourself or your business online can take up a big part of your day, especially if you have a busy work schedule.

Luckily for you however, there is a way that allows you to manage all your social media accounts effectively and within just 30 minutes per day.

#1 Twitter: 10 Minutes

Spend 10 minutes on Twitter to respond to any tweets that you may have, reply to follower requests, and to schedule out tweets for the following day/week if you want to promote something in particular; whether that is the project you are working on or any upcoming events. As an additional step, use your allocated time to help yourself build relationships through Twitter by sharing other users’ content that relates to the industry you are interested in.

#2 Facebook: 6 Minutes

Spend 3 minutes on Facebook to respond to any comments and engage through liking the content of your partners and leaders in your industry. Allow yourself another 3 minutes to promote and share highly visual content like videos and graphics on your page. If you have any time left, you could also schedule your Facebook posts for the next day.

#3 LinkedIn: 6 Minutes

You have 6 minutes to manage your LinkedIn account. Start by promoting your professional content on the platform including any articles and company news you want to share, and participate in the groups which you are member of. Also, ask a question on your profile or a group to start your own discussion.  

#4 Pinterest: 4 Minutes

Start by pinning relevant recent visual content on your boards including blog images, infographics or whatever you like. Then, engage with your recent pinners or those who have previously pinned your content, return the favor or follow their board, comment on their pins or thank them. You could also invite more friends to join Pinterest or find others who are already using it so that your content is visible to more users.

#5 Google+: 2 Minutes

Share any recent content on your page with people from your circles and particularly those who are the most relevant audience in regards to your field of expertise. Join relevant groups and try to start a conversation between your followers.

#6 Instagram: 2 Minutes

Spend 2 minutes on Instagram to satisfy your fans with pictures taken with your colleagues at work or with photos from events, and promote content across other channels. Also, if you have an iPhone you can create your own quotes and pictures with InstaQuote and share them with your friends.
