Speed is one of the most important factors when it comes to workplace productivity. No matter where we work, we all have specific deadlines that we must abide by and therefore we have no choice other than intensifying our pace with which we work. For some cultures though, working fast is a way of living. According to reports the pace of life is faster in Japan and countries of Western Europe and slower in economically undeveloped countries. Working fast is especially crucial in jobs which involve mass production of goods (e.g. assembly lines) or long queues where people wait to be served.
Watch this video to get a glimpse of the world’s fastest workers who range from people rolling cigarettes, fast-food employees serving food, car washers, pizzaiolos and so on…
So what do you think? Would you be able to work at the same pace as these people in the video? We’d love to hear your comments.
