#3 St John’s College

St John’s College was founded in 1696 as King William’s School. The private liberal arts college has two campuses in the US, Annapolis, Maryland and Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2009, the institution was ranked 89th in America’s Best Colleges.

The institution is a private Ivy League research university in New Haven, Connecticut. It was chartered in 1701 and moved to its current location in 1718. At the moment, it is ranked 10th in the world.
