Top 10 US Cities With the Most Satisfied Employees

Glassdoor released its second annual Employment Satisfaction Report Card to help jobseekers decide where to launch their career or relocate to enjoy excellent working conditions. The results of the report are based on the rankings of local employees in 50 major US metros and are compared by city taking into consideration the overall employee satisfaction, number of employers hiring, business outlook expectations and more.

The report uses a five-point scale to rate cities, with a score of 1.0 indicating very dissatisfied employees and 5.0 indicating a very high level of satisfaction, incorporating feelings about compensation and benefits, career opportunities, and business outlook into the final grade.
