According to Glassdoor, the selection process for interns at Toyota is carried out through a telephone interview that’s followed by a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and recruiter. In terms of interview difficulty, the interview scores a 2.7 out of 5 on Glassdoor reviews which indicates that’s at the average and it’s worth the shot to try! Overall, 60% of previous candidates have rated their interview experience as positive, 28% as neutral, and 11% as negative.

The best way to prepare for an interview with Toyota is to become familiar with STAR questions which are behavioural-based questions as well as motivational ones, and prepare to answer why you are interested in the position and why you want to work for the company.
