Galit Ventura-Rozen, a business expert, walks us through the ways you can earn a six-figure salary while working for someone else, and discusses the roles within which you can make this happen.
Galit begins by explaining that your soft and hard skills are necessary to expand your skillset and gain a well-paying job. She also advises that a successful mindset is needed – you must have the belief that you are able to achieve!
A common misconception is that you need to give up your personal life in order to achieve a 6-figure salary, but Galit disagrees. Within the interview, she explains that you first need to identify what work-life balance means for you. Galit has been an entrepreneur for 25 years and swears that work-life balance and self-care have been the key to her success.
Further along the interview, she insists that entrepreneurship isn’t the only way to earn six figures. She says that you first have to recognise what you’re good at and what you enjoy doing. She advises that occupations within coding and computer science, sales and real estate can be lucrative.
If you’re looking to completely switch careers, Galit advises to first do your research and speak to people who are already in those positions. She says that you must find the right tools, education and direction, which, in turn, will help you reach success.
To sustain your wealth and stop living paycheque to paycheque, Galit advises to invest your money, which will offer a larger return. She ends the interview with these words of wisdom ‘be smart with your money!’.
