Paid summer internship
Nestle offers a Summer Internship program, a 10-week course that takes place during the summer months. During the 10 weeks, you will shadow a professional in your field, take on relevant tasks, and receive mentorship from an allocated line manager. You will be given tasks that will have real value to the company, so you’ll be held to the same high standard as the other employees.
Once you have completed the 10-week course, you’ll be given the opportunity to apply for permanent employment--after you’ve finished your studies, of course. Those who participate in this internship program have a better chance of permanent employment with Nestle, particularly the ones who perform exceptionally.
Not only will you receive hands-on training, but you’ll receive a salary as well-- £16,500 for the 10 weeks of work. It’s not a lot of income, but it’s enough to make the job worth it.
To apply for the Nestle internship positions, simply navigate to the website of your country (US or UK), and click on the internship position that interests you. Look for the "Apply Now" button, and fill out the forms you will be provided.
It’s as simple as that! With any luck, and a lot of hard work, you’ll be the next Nestle intern, well on your way to obtaining valuable work experience and a potential job in the future!
